A. If the PCR test is positive, the room will be canceled without a cancellation fee.
Please be sure to contact us within 2 hours from the test result.
If you do not contact us, we will charge the specified cancellation fee.
Also, if only one of the multiple people is positive, the other person can move in as it is.
Q. Is there a Free Wi-Fi environment?
